Introduction – About the CTI Symposium

The International CTI Symposium in Berlin (Germany) is the world‘s most visited annual conference on Automotive Transmission and Hybrid & Electric Drive Technology. In 2011 it celebrates its 10th anniversary with over 20 key experts in the plenum and more than 70 technical presentations in 10 parallel sessions.

In the accompanying trade exhibition with over 90 companies are presenting latest technologies and services in the field of transmission and alternative drive engineering. Hosting up to 1,000 participants in Germany every year, we are confident that the CTI Symposium China will establish itself as a additional leading platform for all automotive transmission and alternative drive experts.

The participants of the CTI Symposium are representatives of the R&D, purchase and sales departments of the largest and most important OEMs, system and component suppliers out of more than 20 countries.

Since 5 years the International CTI Symposium has also an associated event annually held in Michigan, USA which became the one and only platform in North America for this branch.

To expand the international exchange of experiences, provide even more possibilities for an update in global automotive engineering, finding the appropriate partners for sales and purchase of whole systems and components, the CTI Symposium is going to expand to China. The first CTI Symposium China will be held on 11 and 12, plus introductory day on 10 September 2012 in Shanghai.
